In York, Dauphin, and Cumberland — our highest-volume counties — vinyl privacy and cedar board-on-board dominate residential jobs. New-construction neighborhoods around Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, and Lower Paxton create steady first-install demand, while older boroughs like Camp Hill and Lancaster generate strong replacement and repair volume.

Lebanon and Lancaster counties add another dimension: agricultural properties, horse farms, and larger parcels where split-rail and long runs of chain link make more sense than residential privacy panels. We price these by the linear foot and by scope — no per-county surcharge.

Perry County is the most rural part of our service area. Acreage properties around New Bloomfield, Duncannon, and Newport typically need longer fence runs, larger gates, and deeper posts given the clay and rocky soils.
